How can I verify the authenticity and functionality of an external hard drive that I bought online for my Xbox console? I suspect that it is a counterfeit product because it is very light, has a misleading label, and contains a USB flash drive instead of a hard disk drive. See the attached image for reference. What steps should I take to report this issue to the seller and get a refund?
